NO ADDED WATER
All of our bacon is dry cured to an old English recipe. This process does not require any added water to increase the profit margin. Instead of pumping the meat with a salt water solution our bacon is rubbed with a mixture of dry salts & left to mature. This method not only not only eliminates the need for added water but also removes the natural water content from the pork. This will not only reflect in the eating of our bacon, but it will show in your pocket too! Bacon injected with water and not matured can cost the consumer up to 30% of the weight of their purchase without knowing it.
