Burgers by law can be as little as 80% meat, the remaining 20% can be made up of all sorts of fillers & additives. We use the American way of making burgers, by using all meat with a small amount of salt & energy to actually bind the meat together.
Unless stated otherwise all of our burgers are quarter pounders (110g). We use only quality ingredients in our burgers with no additives or flavourings and using the finest lean meats available to make them healthy & tasty.
Burgers for too long have been packed full of trimmings or fat, so that is why we make only the best burgers so you know what you are eating.
