Hello and welcome to Pickerings. My name is Brian Pickering, I have been in the business for over 40 years. Meat is my life and I am always looking for new recipes and ideas. I look forward to being of service to you.

My name is Adrian, I am 17 and enthusiastic about the meat trade. I get involved with all aspects of production from sausage making to bacon curing. I am also learning all traditional butchery techniques. I never realised that meat could be so much fun.

Hi I’m Nathan, I joined the family business in 1991. I started at the age of 17 as a van driver for my father, nowadays I manage the manufacturing of all our products.
